Easy step-by-step instructions to get your IPTV service running on your device.
Select your device type:
Smart TV Setup
Download a compatible IPTV player app from your Smart TV's app store (e.g., VLC, Kodi, or IPTV Smarters)
Open the app and look for the 'Add Playlist' or 'Add M3U' option
Paste your M3U playlist URL that we provided after purchase
The app will load all available channels
Select your desired channel and start streaming
For MAG devices, contact support for portal setup
Troubleshooting
Channels Not Loading?
- • Check your internet connection speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
- • Verify you're using the correct M3U playlist URL
- • Try refreshing or reloading the playlist
- • Restart your device and app
Buffering Issues?
- • Move closer to your WiFi router
- • Switch to 5GHz WiFi for better speed
- • Reduce video quality settings
- • Close other apps using bandwidth
App Crashes?
- • Update your IPTV player app to the latest version
- • Clear app cache and data
- • Uninstall and reinstall the app
- • Ensure your device has sufficient storage
Authentication Error?
- • Verify your credentials are correct
- • Check if your subscription is active
- • Ensure your device date/time is correct
- • Contact support for account verification
System Requirements
Internet Connection
Minimum 10 Mbps for HD quality, 25 Mbps for Full HD, 50 Mbps for 4K. Stable connection recommended.
Device Requirements
Any device with internet connectivity and a compatible IPTV player app. Smart TVs, Android devices, Firestick, MAG devices, computers, and smartphones are all supported.
Supported Formats
M3U, MAG, and Enigma2 formats. We provide M3U playlists by default, with MAG portal setup available upon request.
